🥕🫛🫑Veg Pulao🥔🧅🧄
Ingredients :
1 Cup Basmati Rice
2 - 3tbsp Oil
1tsp Cumin Seeds
1 Onion
1/2tbsp Ginger Garlic Paste
2 - 3 Chillies
1/4 Cup French Beans
1/4 Cup Carrot
1/4 Cup Green Peas
1 Potato
1/4 cup Cauliflower
1 Tomato
Half Capsicum
1/2tbsp Salt
1/2tsp Turmeric Powder
1/2tsp Red Chilli Powder
1tsp Coriander Powder
1/2tsp Garam Masala (homemade - recipe on my page)
1/2tbsp Sugar
1/2tbsp Biryani Masala
1/4 Cup Curd
1.5 cups Water
1/2tsp Aromat Powder
Method :
1. Wash & soak rice for 20 mins.
2. Heat oil in a pressure cooker. Add cumin seeds. Let it splutter.
3. Add sliced onions. Saute for 1 - 2 mins.
4. Add ginger garlic paste. Mix well.
5. Add chillies. Mix.
6. Add veggies and saute for 1 - 2 mins.
7. Add salt, turmeric powder, red chilli powder, coriander powder, garam masala, sugar and biryani masala. Mix well.
8. Add curd and mix. Cook till oil separates.
9. Add water and mix well.
10. Add soaked rice and aromat powder. Mix well.
11. Close cooker lid and take 2 whistles. First whistle on high heat, lower the flame and take second whistle. Close the flame and let it rest for 15 mins.
