Chicken Barra

Ingredients :
800g - 1kg Chicken
1/2 Cup Hung Curd
1tsp Salt
1tsp K. Red Chilli Powder
1tsp Degi Mirch
1tsp Black Pepper Powder
1tsp Garam Masala
1/2tbsp Chaat Masala
1tbsp Ginger Garlic Paste
1 Fried Onion (Ground to paste)
Half Bunch Coriander Leaves
5 Chillies
1/4tsp Orange Red Food Color Optional
1 Lemon Juice
2tbsp Oil + 1tbsp Butter to fry chicken
1tbsp Oil + 1tbsp Butter to cook the sauce
1/2 Cup Fresh Cream
1/4 Cup Milk
1/4tsp Salt
1/2tsp Chaat Masala
Fresh Cream for Garnish
Onion Rings
Chopped Coriander

Method :
1. Start my preparing the marinade. Mix hung curd with salt, red chilli pwdr, degi mirch, black pepper powder, garam masala, chaat masala, birista paste, ginger garlic paste, coriander chilli paste and lemon juice for 1 - 2 hours.
2. Heat oil and butter in a pan. Fry the chicken on both sides till well cooked.
3. Charr the chicken for the tandoori effect and baste with butter.
4. Heat oil and butter in a pan. Add remaining marinade and cook till oul separates. Add salt, chaat masala, fresh cream, milk and bring to boil.
5. Add fried chicken and mix well. Garnish with fresh cream, onion rings and chopped coriander.
