Shahi Tukda 🍞
Ingredients - Instant Rabdi:
1/4 Cup Milk + 1tbsp Custard Powder
200ml Milk
2tbsp Sugar or as per taste
1/4tsp Cardamom Powder
Chopped Almonds & Pistachios
Method :
1. Mix custard powder and milk.
2. In a saucepan, add milk, sugar, cardamom powder, custard mix and chopped nuts.
3. Cook on low - medium flame till it is thick.
Ingredients - Sugar Syrup
1/4 cup Sugar
1/2 cup Water
Method :
1. In a pan, add sugar & water. Dissolve sugar and continue cooking till it reduces and becomes sticky. Turn off flame just before it could form a 1 string consistency.
Ingredients : Frying the bread & Final dish
4 - 5 Slice Bread
Ghee for frying
Method :
1. Cut off the edges of the slice bread and cut into triangles.
2. Fry the bread in ghee till it turns brown and crispy.
3. Coat the fried bread in sugar syrup and arrange on a plate.
4. Pour the instant rabdi on it and garnish with chopped nuts.
