Sirke wale Pyaaz or Lachcha Pyaaz

Ingredients :
2 Onions
1tsp Salt
1tbsp Sugar
1tsp Black Pepper Corns
1/4 cup Vinegar
1/2 Cup Hot Water

Method :
1. Slice the onions thick.
2. In a jar add the sliced onions, salt, sugar, black pepper corns, vinegar & hot water. Close the jar and shake it well.
3. Now let the onions sit in this water for 7 - 8 hours.
4. You can enjoy this with your gravies, kebabs, rolls etc.

Serving ideas: Great with parathas, biryani, tandoori, sandwiches, wraps, chaat, and kebabs.
