Gola Kebab
Ingredients :
400g Mutton + 75g Fat
1/2tbsp Salt
1tsp K. Red Chilli Powder
1tsp Coriander Powder
1/2tsp Cumin Powder
1tsp Black Pepper Powder
1tsp Chaat Masala
1/2tsp Garam Masala
1tsp Chilli Flakes
Grind to fine powder ⬇️
Half Mace
Quarter pc of Nutmeg
1 Peepli
3 Kebab Chini
1tbsp Finely Chopped Garlic
1tbsp Raw Papaya Paste
Paste of 3 Green Chillies
Half Onion (finely chopped & juices squeezed out)
2tbsp Chopped Coriander
Juice of Half Lemon
2tbsp Bhuna Besan
Oil to Shallow fry
Sizzlers
Sliced Onion
Carrot
Chillies
Half Lemon Juice
Method :
1. Grind Mutton and fat to a paste.
2. Add above mentioned ingredients mentioned under marination. Marinate for 30 mins.
3. Give charcoal smoke for 3 mins.
4. Mix and make kebabs.
5. Shallow fry in oil for 7 - 8 mins on low flame.
6. On a hot sizzler plate, place veggies and pour the kebabs along with the oil on it.
7. Squeeze lemon juice on it and enjoy with kebab chutney.
