Chicken Malai Roll ๐๐ฏ
Ingredients - 1st Marinade :
250g Chicken Thighs (boneless)
Salt as per taste
1/2tsp Black Pepper Powder
1/2tbsp Ginger Garlic Paste
Juice of 1 Lemon
Method :
1. Add above ingredients and mix well. Marinate for 30 mins.
Ingredients -2nd Marinade :
1tbsp Hung Curd
1/4 Cup Fresh Cream
7 - 8 Cashew Paste
Salt as per taste
1tsp White Pepper Powder
1/2tbsp Ginger Garlic Paste
2 Green Chilli Paste
1/2tsp Garam Masala
1/2tsp Kasuri Methi (roasted & ground)
1/2tsp Cardamom Powder
Method :
1. Add above ingredients in a bowl & mix well.
2. Add marinated chicken and mix well.
Cooking the Chicken :
1tbsp Oil
1tbsp Butter
1 Cheese Slice
1 Charcoal
1tsp Oil
Method :
1. Heat oil + butter in a pan. Add chicken and cheese slice. Cook for 8 - 10 mins.
2. Heat charcoal and place it in centre of pan in a small bowl. Pour some oil and cover with lid. Give charcoal smoke for 2 mins.
Lachcha Paratha
Ingredients :
250g Plain Flour
1/2tsp Salt
1/2tbsp Sugar
1/4tsp Baking Powder
1 Egg
1/4 Cup Milk
Water as required to form smooth dough
Other ingredients :
Oil
Ghee
Method :
1. Add salt, sugar & baking powder to flour. Mix well. Add egg, milk and water as required to form smooth dough. Apply oil & cover with damp clotj. Let it rest for 20 mins.
2. Divide into 5 equal parts. Apply oil & allow it to rest for 5 mins.
3. Roll out thin. Apply thin layer of ghee and sprinkle flour.
4. Fold into pleats & stretch. Coil it into a peda again. Let it rest for 5 mins.
5. Roll out parathas and cook on hot tawa, applying ghee on both sides till light golden brown spots are visible on both sides.
Assembling the Roll :
1. Spread mint mayo on paratha.
2. Arrange the salad leaf.
3. Add chicken pieces.
4. Drizzle mint mayo.
5. Put some onion rings and close it to make a roll
