Aloo Katli 🥔
Ingredients :
3 Potatoes
1/4 Cup Mustard Oil
1tsp Cumin Seeds
1tsp Salt
1/2tsp Turmeric Powder
1/2tsp Black Pepper Powder
1/2tsp Red Chilli Flakes
1/2tsp Amchoor Powder or Chaat Masala
Chopped Coriander
Method :
1. Wash the potatoes.
2. Cut them into medium sized slices.
3. Keep them in water so that they dont turn black.
4. Heat mustard oil in a pan.
5. Add cumin seeds. Let it crackle.
6. Add sliced potatoes and fry for 8 - 10 mins or till potatoes are cooked.
7. Add salt, turmeric, black pepper, amchoor powder or chaat masala and red chilli flakes. Mix well.
8. Cover & cook for 2 mins.
9. Garnish with chopped coriander.
