Doner Kebab
Ingredients :
250g Minced Lamb
250g Minced Beef
1heaped tsp Salt or as per taste
1tbsp K. Red Chilli Powder
1/2tbsp Cumin Powder
1tsp Garam Masala
1tsp Black Pepper Powder
1/2tbsp Oregano
1tbsp Ginger Garlic Paste
1 Onion (Grated)
100g Curd
2tbsp Olive Oil
Method :
1. Marinate mince with avove mentioned ingredients for 2 - 3 hours.
2. Grind in food proccesor.
3. Spread on baking sheet and roll out thinly.
4. Roll the bakimg sheet and arrange in baking tray.
5. Bake in a preheated oven at 230° C for 20 mins.
6. Pour the juices in a bowl and separate the kebabs from the baking sheet.
7. Break kebabs into small pieces.
8. Pour 2tbsp butter and chopped coriander on it. Mix well.
9. Transfer the kebabs to a pan and pour the juices back into it.
10. Now cook for 5 - 7 mins till all water is dried up.
Sauce :
4 heaped tbsp Mayonnaise
100g Greek Yogurt
1/4tsp Salt
1/2tsp Black Pepper
1tsp Garlic Powder
1tbsp Sugar
1tsp Chopped Parsley
1tsp Oregano
2tbsp Milk
Method :
1. Mix above ingredients to make a smooth sauce.
You can enjoy the kebabs and sauce as a burger filling, as a sandwich or as a shawarma
