Walnut & Almond Chocolate Fudge
Ingredients :
375g Milk Compound Chocolate
1tin Condensed Milk (400gms)
A pinch of Salt
1/4tsp Vanilla Essence
100g Walnuts
100g Almonds
A few Walnuts for the top
Method:
1. In a double boiler, add chocolate and condensed milk.
2. Keep Stirring till chocolate melts.
3. Once chocolate melts, add salt and vanilla essence. Mix well.
4. Add chopped nuts and turn off flame and mix well.
5. Pour mixture in a lined tray.
6. Leave to set overnight or for 7 - 8 hours.
7. Cut into squares and enjoy
